Honda e:NS1 is Japanese automaker’s first fully electric SUV launched in China in April 2022.
Honda e:NS1 and 2022 H-RV are basically the same vehicle. Honda simply attached a battery pack underneath the existing chassis and convert H-RV into an electric SUV.
e:NS1 offers 510 kilometers of range when fully charged.
Chinese-made electric Honda e:NS1 pricing starts at $24,900, or 175,000 CNY. 510 km range version costs higher at $29,500 (207,000 CNY).
Honda e:NS1 is being built in China by Dongfeng Honda, a joint-venture between Chinese automaker Dongfeng Motor and Japanese Honda.

e:NS1 is based on Honda’s e:N OS operating system that powers the large 15.1-inch vertically-oriented infotainment display inside the car. Rear-view mirror and gauge cluster are also LCD displays, to enable a much smoother riding experience. Compact EV offers some app control features as well, such as mobile key app, virtual key share, Find My Car, etc.

The interior of the e:NS1 combines a sense of technology with a high level of quality. The 15.1-inch ultra-narrow-bezel Floating Intelligent Screen, diffused air conditioning vents, and heated air conditioning and seats provide warmth and energy savings, while features such as BOSE Premium Audio, LED interior reading lights, canopy glass, high rebound seats, and a foot-sensing power tailgate provide comfort and convenience. e:NS1 also features Honda’s exclusive Noise Reduction Technology.

The e:NS1’s body dimensions are 4390 x 1790 x 1560mm and its wheelbase is 2610mm. e:NS1 adheres to Honda’s “MM” concept (maximize passenger space, minimize mechanical space), with 18 storage spaces, a 376L trunk, and a variety of seat-reclining modes.

Honda SENSING safety super sensing system is known as “black technology family bucket”, including a total of 11 driving assistance functions, including the current mainstream automotive safety assistance configurations. e: NS1 also added a streaming media rear-view mirror and auto-parking function, so that driving is more secure, parking is more convenient.
