Blind Spot Monitor With Rear Cross-Traffic Alert and Safe Exit Assist

Standard Blind Spot Monitor (BSM) * with Rear Cross-Traffic Alert (RCTA) * and Safe Exit Assist * is designed to help look out for you. The Blind Spot Monitor warns you when a vehicle in the next lane enters bZ4X’s blind spot on either side of the vehicle. Safe Exit Assist uses BSM sensors to detect approaching vehicles from the rear. If the system determines that there may be a collision with a door opening, an audible alert sounds, and a visual alert appears on the outside mirrors. And when you’re in reverse, the Rear Cross-Traffic Alert helps detect vehicles approaching from either side, warning you with side mirror indicators and a warning tone.

Panoramic View Monitor

bZ4X’s available Panoramic View Monitor * helps you check your surroundings for hazards. It uses four cameras, one on each side of the vehicle, to display a bird’s-eye view on the touchscreen display. When you’re parked and using the Moving View setting, bZ4X creates an animated virtual view from above to give you a bigger picture of what’s around.

Front and Rear Parking Assist With Automatic Braking

Available Front and Rear Parking Assist with Automatic Braking (PA w/AB) * audibly and visually warns you when it detects stationary objects or vehicles approaching from the rear. If the system determines there may be contact with a detected obstacle or vehicle, it will reduce engine power and/or apply the brakes.
